Terms of Service

Welcome to Sweet Arrangement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sweet Arrangement website at sweetarrangement.com (the "Platform"), operated by Sweet Arrangement ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identity and age verification
• Complete our AI-powered identity verification process, including a selfie for facial matching
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Platform
• Reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is legal

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time and to refuse service to anyone who fails to meet these requirements.

2. Account Creation and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Complete age verification before accessing the Platform's features
• Submit to photo verification to confirm profile photos match your verified identity

You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.

3. User Conduct

Sweet Arrangement is a premium social networking platform. You agree that you will NOT use the Platform for any of the following:

• Illegal activity: Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Prostitution or escort services: The Platform is not to be used to solicit, offer, or arrange prostitution, escort services, or any form of commercial sex work
• Harassment or abuse: Threatening, stalking, bullying, intimidating, or harassing other users
• Fraud or impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, creating fake profiles, or using another person's photos or information
• Spam or solicitation: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertising, or promotional material
• Exploitation: Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Malicious activity: Uploading viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Platform

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion, without refund.

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 Permitted Content

• Clear photos of yourself that match your verified identity
• Profile descriptions that accurately represent you
• Tasteful photos appropriate for a professional social platform
• Posts and messages relevant to social interaction and networking

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content in public-facing areas
• AI-generated or manipulated images presented as real photos
• Photos of other people without their consent
• Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal substances
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
• Content that does not contain a clearly visible human face (for profile and public photos)

All uploaded photos are subject to automated AI verification. Photos that fail verification (no face detected, face mismatch, inappropriate content, or poor quality) will be rejected and will not be visible to other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines. See our Community Guidelines for full details.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

5.1 Subscriptions

Members may subscribe to creators for access to exclusive content. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Premium Memberships

The Platform offers optional premium membership tiers with enhanced features. Premium memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

5.3 Virtual Currency (Coins)

Members may purchase virtual coins to send gifts to other users. Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5.4 Creator Payouts

Creators receive 80% of subscription and gift revenue. The Platform retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect to the creator's linked bank account. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.

5.5 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@sweetarrangement.com within 14 days of the charge. We may issue refunds at our discretion for billing errors or technical issues that prevented access to paid features. For complete details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, software, and all proprietary content, is owned by Sweet Arrangement and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with other users or is retained for legal compliance.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• You will find a match or connection through the Platform
• Other users' profiles or representations are accurate or truthful
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any particular outcome will result from using the Platform

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and exercising caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEET ARRANGEMENT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Arrangement, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you post or upload to the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@sweetarrangement.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Sweet Arrangement agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of California, or at another mutually agreed location.

Class Action Waiver: You and Sweet Arrangement agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

12. Termination and Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failing identity or age verification
• Reports from other users substantiated by our moderation team
• Extended period of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
