Sweet Arrangement is a premium social networking platform for ambitious professionals. These guidelines ensure our community remains safe, respectful, and authentic. Every member is expected to follow these standards. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Our Standards

Be Authentic

Use your real identity. Profile photos must be recent images of you. Misrepresenting your identity, using someone else's photos, or creating fake profiles is strictly prohibited.

Be Respectful

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Engage in genuine, respectful conversations. Differences in background, lifestyle, and perspective make our community stronger.

Follow the Law

Do not use the platform for any illegal activity. All members must comply with local, state, national, and international laws.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Sweet Arrangement. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

Prohibited Content

  • Adult or explicit content: Sweet Arrangement is not a platform for adult or sexually explicit content. Pornographic images, videos, or text are not permitted in any area of the platform.
  • Violence and graphic content: Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, gore, or cruelty.
  • Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Illegal substances: Content promoting or depicting illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  • Copyrighted material: Content you do not own or have rights to use.

Prohibited Behavior

  • Prostitution and escort services: The platform must not be used to solicit, offer, or arrange prostitution, escort services, or any form of commercial sex work. Sweet Arrangement is a social networking platform, not a marketplace for services.
  • Harassment and abuse: Threatening, stalking, bullying, intimidating, or persistently contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Fraud and impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, creating fake profiles, using another person's photos, or engaging in financial scams.
  • Spam and solicitation: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertising, or promotional material.
  • Exploitation: Any behavior that exploits, harms, or attempts to harm another person, especially minors.

Photo & Profile Requirements

To maintain a safe and authentic community, all photos and profiles must meet these requirements:

  • Real photos only: All photos must be real, unmanipulated images of yourself. No AI-generated images, heavy filters that obscure your appearance, or stock photos.
  • Face clearly visible: At least one profile photo must show your face clearly. Photos without a visible face will be rejected.
  • Must match verified identity: Your photos must match the identity document you submitted during verification. Our AI system cross-references profile photos with your verified ID.
  • Appropriate for a professional platform: Photos should be tasteful and appropriate for a professional social networking platform.
  • No photos of others without consent: Do not upload photos featuring other people without their explicit permission.

Content Moderation

We use a multi-layered approach to content moderation, combining advanced technology with human judgment to keep the platform safe.

1. Automated Detection

Every photo uploaded to the platform is automatically scanned by our AI-powered content detection system. This system classifies content in real-time and flags inappropriate material for review. Explicit content is automatically blocked from public display.

2. Human Review

Flagged content is reviewed by our dedicated moderation team. No account is penalized based solely on automated detection — a human reviewer confirms all violations before action is taken.

3. Escalation & Action

For confirmed violations, our team takes appropriate action based on the severity and pattern of the offense. Actions range from content removal to permanent account ban.

Enforcement Actions

When a violation is confirmed, we follow a progressive enforcement policy. The severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of the offense.

Warning

Content is removed and you receive a notification explaining the violation. Your account remains active.

Temporary Suspension

Repeated violations result in a temporary account suspension. You will not be able to access the platform during the suspension period.

Permanent Ban

Severe violations or continued patterns of abuse result in permanent removal from the platform. Banned users may not create new accounts. Active subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for cause.

Severe violations (threats, exploitation, illegal activity) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

How to Report a Violation

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report violations in the following ways:

  • In-app reporting: Use the "Report" button available on every profile, message, and piece of content on the platform
  • Block a user: You can immediately block any user from your profile or message thread. Blocked users cannot contact you or view your profile.
  • Email: Contact us at support@sweetarrangement.com for urgent matters

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We take every report seriously and investigate promptly. You will not be penalized for making a good-faith report.
