How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Navigate to Settings → Membership or Subscriptions and click "Cancel." Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. For more details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do refunds work?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable because access to paid features is granted immediately upon purchase. However, we may issue refunds for billing errors, technical issues that prevented access, or unauthorized charges. To request a refund, email support@sweetarrangement.com within 14 days of the charge. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How does age verification work?
Every member must verify their age before accessing the platform. During sign-up, you will be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or national ID). Our AI-powered verification system confirms your identity and that you are at least 18 years old. The process typically takes just a few seconds. Your ID data is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a user?
You can report a user directly from their profile or from any message thread by tapping the Report button. Select the reason for your report and provide any additional details. You can also block the user immediately to prevent further contact. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly at support@sweetarrangement.com.
How do creator payouts work?
Creators earn 80% of all subscription and gift revenue. The platform retains a 20% fee. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and deposited directly to your linked bank account. Earnings are typically available for payout within 7–14 business days of the transaction. You can track your earnings, pending balances, and payout history in the Creator Dashboard. Creators are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Click "Delete Account" and confirm your decision. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and messages will be removed. Active subscriptions will be cancelled. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. If you need assistance, email support@sweetarrangement.com.
What membership tiers are available?
Sweet Arrangement offers three membership tiers:
  • Free — Browse profiles, view public photos, basic search, favorite profiles
  • Premium ($109.99 USD/month) — Unlimited messaging, advanced filters, see who viewed you, read receipts, priority in search
  • Diamond ($274.99 USD/month) — Everything in Premium plus Diamond badge, featured placement, incognito browsing, monthly profile boost, priority support
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account Settings.
How do virtual coins and gifts work?
Virtual coins are the in-app currency used for sending gifts to other members. You can purchase coin packages ranging from $4.99 to $99.99 USD. Gifts are a way to show appreciation and stand out. Creators receive 80% of the gift value. Coin purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the platform. See our Refund Policy for details.
