Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, memberships, and virtual currency purchases are handled on Sweet Arrangement. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier once the paid period ends

This applies to both Premium and Diamond membership subscriptions, as well as creator content subscriptions.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because our platform provides immediate access to premium features and exclusive content upon payment, we consider the service delivered at the time of purchase.

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount or charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Technical issues: A platform outage or technical failure prevented you from accessing paid features for a significant portion of your billing period
  • Unauthorized charges: Your payment method was used without your authorization

3. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual coins are a digital currency used within the Sweet Arrangement platform for sending gifts to other members. Once purchased:

  • Coins have no cash value outside the platform
  • Coins cannot be transferred to other users
  • Coins cannot be exchanged back to real currency
  • Gifts sent using coins are final and cannot be reversed

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, any remaining coin balance will be forfeited without refund.

4. Creator Payout Timing

Creators earn 80% of all subscription and gift revenue. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and follow this schedule:

  • Earnings are available for payout after a standard processing period (typically 7–14 business days from the date of the transaction)
  • Payouts are deposited directly to the bank account linked to the creator's Stripe Connect account
  • Creators can view their earnings, pending balances, and payout history in the Creator Dashboard
  • The 20% platform fee is deducted automatically before payout

Payout timing may vary based on your bank and region. Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge in question:

Please include your account email, the date of the charge, the amount, and a description of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

6. Billing Dispute Process

If you see an unexpected charge on your statement from Sweet Arrangement, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company.

  1. Contact us first: Email support@sweetarrangement.com with details of the charge
  2. Investigation: We will review your account and transaction history within 2 business days
  3. Resolution: If the charge was made in error, we will issue a refund. If the charge was valid, we will provide a detailed explanation

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.

7. Pricing and Currency

All prices on Sweet Arrangement are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include all applicable platform fees. Your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees for international transactions. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
